My Role

As a Project Manager I’m helping management by using following steps, planning everything from execution to delivery, directing the team to achieve a common goal, delegating work effectively, managing the resource of time, managing the deployment deliverables, monitoring progress and track roadblocks, conducting regular meetings, establishing a shared vision, managing documentation and reports, coming up with a plan B, creating a self-governing team, keeping the team close-knit and coordinating with the clients and stakeholder. Along with I’m managing a team of employees. Communicating company goals and deadlines to team. Motivates team members and assesses performance. Provides help to another managers and management, including hiring and training, and keeps management updated on team performance. Communicates concerns and policies among management and team members.

Also I’m contributing in development using following tools and knowledge in UX(Photoshop, Figma and XD), UI Framework like ReactJs, AngularJs, NextJs. Helping SEO team to meet Core web vital scores for website using optimizing the HTML5, CSS3, Image Optimizing, JavaScript and jQuery. Eliminate render-blocking resources using new techniques. Reducing Javascript Execution time.Helping Team members to develop HTML of mockups using, HTML5, Bootstrap5, Tailwind and Foundation.

I can develop e-learning tools like online exams / test, website and APP using UI Framework like ReactJs, AngularJs, NextJs, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, JavaScript, Ajax etc to make them also work on iPad, iPhone, Tabs, Android etc. I have a good knowledge of theme / template customization for WordPress, Joomla, Magento and OS Commerce etc. I am proficient in Sass and Less.
